Hank Claim Maker Updates

The following Improvements & Fixes were included in this week’s update:
Core
- Hank Claim Maker Core Functionality requirements included in the 2.0.3 Release are as follows:
- (1.1.18) Support for Multi-Year Code Validations (CPT / ASA / ICD / Modifiers) based on the Case DOS.
- (1.1.181) Usability Improvements for setting / changing a Batch State (specifically “Charges Entered”).
- (1.1.182) Prefix Existing File Names for Exports with “[Facility]_[Batch ID] to avoid Naming Collisions & improve Customer Workflow.
- DocuVision Integration for Raven Pro Scanned Documents
- The Hank DocuVision Product is a scalable AI driving solution that provides the ability to extract meaningful data out of documents. This Product Release includes the integration of the Hank DocuVision, Hank Claim Maker and Raven Pro Scanner solutions. The requirements included for this area in the 2.0.3 Release are as follows:
- (3.1.4) Scanned Documents will be added to Claim Maker with a Batch – Placeholder Case with the Patient Name as “AAA, Scanned” to easily distinguish Batches & Cases added from the Raven Pro Scanned Documents.
- (4.1.1) Hank DocuVision Integration with Hank Claim Maker for Documents that are Scanned via the Raven Pro Scanner.
- (4.1.2) Failure Scenarios (Unmatched Scanned Pages) will continue to follow the Existing Process for Claim Maker & Raven Pro Scanner Integration and will appear on the Placeholder Cases as Unmatched Documents.
- (4.1.3) Raven Pro Scanner (Scanned Documents) will only be sent through the Hank DocuVision Product after the Targeted Facility has completed the Onboarding Process for the Hank DocuVision Product (Document Samples, Labeling & Annotation, Model Training, Internal Testing, etc.).
- (4.1.4) Documents Scanned & sent through the Hank DocuVision Product will go through Case Reconciliation Process such as identification of the Document Type; DOS; Patient Name & DOB; Failure Scenarios (Unmatched Pages); etc.).
- (4.1.11) Ability to move a Case to a Different Batch for the same Facility.
- (4.1.13) Cases will be created from the Provided Documents without the Schedule.
- (4.1.15) The Schedule Document, if included in the Scanned Documents, will be identified and attached to the Placeholder Case.
- Bug Fixes
- The following Bug Fixes will be included with the 2.0.3 Release:
- (BUG) Selected Case is NOT maintained when the User changes Views (Coder View; Admin View; Reconcile View, Date Entry View).
- (BUG) Box 19 Indicator is NOT present for a Case to indicate Box 19 text is available and present.
- (BUG) ICD Code Badge is incorrect after an ICD Code is removed & added.
- (BUG) Coder View – Manage Line Items – the Scroll Bar (when present) in the Manage Line Items section was disabled / unusable when the Case State = Code Completed.
